After the shocking scenes of the US Capitol being stormed on January 6, 2021 and the riots here in Jerusalem, those who believe in God need a clear sense of direction based on His Word. We, High Sabbath Adventists, do not condone acts of violence but exhort all people to receive the wisdom of God and follow His law, choosing to sacrifice and deny self, according to the example of Jesus. The gospel is non-violent at its heart; the world was not saved by violence, but by One who willingly chose to suffer unjust mob violence against Himself rather than let the world perish in sin.
